- Top Gun Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger number; a full refund applies.
- Food and beverages may not be consumed on our coach.
- No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on board or carried opened by law. This is enforced by police.
- We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
- Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted to our coach.
- Passengers causing a nuisance may be removed from our coach. Top Gun Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur.
- Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.
- We ask you not to drive after the tour, as generous servings are provided at each venue. Top Gun Tours promote responsible drinking and request that you organise your travel arrangements prior to the tour.
- Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm bookings.
- Private charters/passenger transfers (after hours) require a 50% Confirmation Payment (deducted from final amount).
- Payment is accepted by MasterCard or Visa (2% surcharge applies).
- By making payment or providing credit card details, you automatically accept and verify the outlined terms and conditions.
- Group bookings require a $250 non-refundable Confirmation Payment (deducted from final amount).
- Once your nominated travel date has been secured with payment, this cannot be altered otherwise loss of payment will apply.
- Passenger numbers must be confirmed, and final payment due no later than 7 days prior to the tour.
- Tour price includes complimentary transfers from Perth CBD, Burswood and surrounds. A surcharge for further distances applies, based on distance and priced on application.
- When booking a specialised tour (Twilight Tour, Hens' Package or Temptation Tour) minimum numbers must be met or payment for 12 passengers will apply.
- To have exclusive use of the Top Gun bus, a minimum of 16 people are required to travel, or payment for 16 people will apply.
- Private house passenger pickup/drop off only apply to groups with exclusive use of the bus.
- 50% Confirmation Payment is non-refundable.
- If less that 48 hours notice of cancellation is provided, a 100% charge applies to the full rate.
- Absence (no show) full charge applies.
