Feral Brewing Company

With award winning beers, top quality wines and an outstanding restaurant, the Feral Brewing Company offers a relaxing and casual atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy.

All the beers at the Feral Brewing Company are carefully handcrafted onsite, using the finest raw materials. When visiting the Feral brewery, you will have the opportunity to watch the modern microbrewery in action.

The award winning Feral Brewing Company has received much recognition from the Australian International Beers Awards over the years, including the gold Best in Class award for their Rust and Pilsner beers, and the 2007 Champion Speciality Beer for the Belgian style Feral White.

Ironbark Brewery

The Ironbark Brewery was established nine years ago and is staffed by a friendly team with over a decade of experience. With a distinctly Aussie beer garden and cafe, unique colourful dunnies and jarrah tables set under shady trees, Ironbark offers a truly distinctive brewery experience.

Chief brewer Graeme White is passionate about his beers. The Ironbark Brewery has a huge range of full malts and yeasts, and produces all the great beer styles of the world. To Graeme, good beer, good food and good friends, all enjoyed under a shady tree, is the perfect way to spend a warm Aussie afternoon.

Ironbark`s famous boutique beer range is a beer lover`s dream, with three silver and three bronze Australian International Beer Awards, and a bronze award from the Perth Royal Beer Show for their distinctive Cherry Ale.

 

Elmar`s in the Valley

Elmar`s in the Valley was established by Elmar and Anette Dieren, and is a German themed brewery, restaurant, bar and smallgoods shop located in the heart of the Swan Valley.

Elmar`s in the Valley has the largest micro glass brewery in the southern hemisphere, with modern glass and copper kettles, showcasing Ein Stein, Pilsner, Kick Back Wheat Beer and Over Draft Ale.

Elmar`s beer is brewed to the exacting standards of the oldest food standard laws in the world, the `Bavarian Purity Law` formed in 1516. The basis to this exacting standard ensures that only pure water, malt and hops are used, to produce a distinctive German beer.

With spacious indoor dining as well as a two acre beer garden, the Elmar`s restaurant caters for all tastes, featuring traditional German and modern European cuisines, highlighting Elmar`s preservative free smallgoods selection. At Elmar`s in the Valley, the best of German culture is incorporated into a uniquely Australian environment.

Mash Brewing

Mash Brewing is a relatively new addition to the Swan Valley, opening its doors in April 2006. Aiming to bring a new look brewery to the Swan Valley and a new perspective to brewing in Western Australia,  Mash Brewing now produces eight individual beers, each with a distinctive Mash taste.

Mash Brewing uses the full mash brewing technique, meaning the beer is brewed from scratch using traditional raw methods. Mash beers are all natural with no artificial preservatives or additives. Dan Turley has taken up the challenge to produce the perfect beer, with the aim of brewing the best possible quality natural and tasty beers for everyone`s enjoyment - while having fun doing it!

The Mash brewery also boasts the Mash Brasserie, producing quality meals with local Swan Valley ingredients to compliment the Mash range of beers.

Duckstein Brewery

The Duckstein Brewery was one of the pioneers of micro-brewing in Western Australia`s popular Swan Valley, where it continues to offer a traditional German dining experience and live music on weekends.

Proudly producing premium beer from the finest ingredients, the Duckstein Brewery uses the tradition of Reinheitsgebot - The Purity Law of 1516 - where only water, malt and hops are used to make the beer. Using all natural ingredients and no additives or chemicals, their range of inspired beers includes the Bavarian classic Hefeweiss, a Pilsner, Dunkel and Altbier. Duckstein proudly offers a variety of seasonal beers, plus our special Oktoberbrau beer during Oktoberfest.

With quality German-style dining, the Duckstein is surrounded by towering gumtrees which create a wonderful ambience for alfresco dining. The atmosphere is fun, the service is friendly and the food is exceptional!
